i made a back patch 4 my fave sleeveless denim jacket with a sick kids 'ghost kid' tshirt =] gonna be doing some more like this for our 'stitched up' clothing collection.

hi ken, sorry only just seen your comment, i pined the fabric on to the jacket and then just cut around the edge!
